Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

Intelligent Workshop operates a 2 tier delivery policy.  All orders with a total cart value below £30 will be charged at a flat rate of £4.49.  Total cart values above £30 will be delivered for free.  In exceptional circumstances where a product is unusually bulky or heavy, there may be an exception to this rule.  These will be clearly marked on the product page and in the shopping cart.

All low value or small items are delivered using the Royal Mail service and have a 2-3 day lead time.  Larger items or higher value items will be shipped via a 48hr courier service.  Where possible, we will offer tracking information.  We aim to dispatch the same day, but if an order is placed after 4pm it may go onto the next day's delivery schedule.

Returns Policy

All unwanted orders can be returned within 14 days, assuming the product has not been opened or use and is still in a saleable condition.  If the item arrives damaged, we will replace it within 3 days of it's return.  In both circumstances, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible and we will inform you how to return your item.  The exception to these conditions is when a Manufacturer (such as Festool) offer longer returns poiclies, which we will adhere to.
